Your Right to Data Deletion
At MyAstroMap, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data from our platform, in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.
What Data We Store
When you use our platform, we may collect and store the following types of data:
- Account information (name, email address)
- Birth data provided for astral map calculations (date, time, and place of birth)
- Generated astral maps, forecasts, and personality analyses
- Tarot reading history and chat messages
- Numerology analyses and questions
- Payment records and transaction history
- Email communication preferences
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
- Send an email to geral@digitaldev.pt with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.
- Log into your account, go to Settings, and use the account deletion option.
- Contact us through any of our official communication channels.
What Happens After Your Request
Once we receive your data deletion request:
- We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate.
- Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of verification.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
- Please note that data deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Data We May Retain
In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain some data for legal or regulatory purposes:
- Data required to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records, transaction logs).
- Data necessary for resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements.
- Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you.
Facebook Login Data
If you signed up or logged in using Facebook, we may have received basic profile information from Facebook. To remove this connection:
- Go to your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites.
- Find MyAstroMap and click "Remove".
- Send us a data deletion request using one of the methods described above.
