✍️ Materials and Ingredients 1 sheet of white paper (preferably unlined) 1 pen (blue or gold) 1 white or golden candle (optional) Lavender or sandalwood incense 1 small envelope (to keep or burn the letter) 🔮 Step-by-Step Instructions Choose a quiet moment, preferably at night or during the New Moon. Light the candle and incense. Breathe deeply three times. On the paper, write to the Universe starting with “Dear Universe…”. Write what you desire or give thanks as if it has already come true. Read the letter aloud, with emotion and belief. Then either: Keep the letter in a sacred place (altar, special box, or journal), or Carefully burn it, letting the smoke carry your message to the Universe.
