🔮 Step-by-step Instructions Materials Coarse salt (enough to form a circle) 1 new white candle 1 match or lighter (optional) protective incense: myrrh, sage, or rue Preparation Choose a quiet, clean, and ventilated space. Draw a circle on the floor with coarse salt, large enough to sit inside. Place the white candle in the center of the circle. Execution Sit comfortably inside the circle. Light the white candle and, if desired, the incense. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and visualize a sphere of white light expanding around you. Say clearly: “As this circle protects me, may divine light surround me and banish all negative energy.” Remain inside the circle for at least 10 to 15 minutes in silence or prayer. Completion Give thanks out loud for the protection received. Extinguish the candle (you may reuse it in future protection rituals). Sweep away the salt and discard it outside the home, preferably in the earth or with common waste.
